My journey has taken me around the world, where I spent six years working in holistic retreats, supporting people from all walks of life and deepening my understanding of healing, mindfulness, and the connection between mind and body.

For more than 10 years, I have specialised in massage therapy, working in luxury spas and alongside VIP and concierge clients.
